Angas Premium Moscato is a vibrant, watermelon pink sparkling wine from South Australia, known for its light and refreshing character. The nose offers a heady and exotic mix of aromas, including pink flowers, lychees, musk, and spice, leading to a palate bursting with strawberry gelato, tropical fruit flavours, and a dash of lemon sherbet fizz. Crafted from Muscat grapes sourced from warm inland regions, the winemaking process involves cool fermentation to retain varietal freshness, resulting in a perfect balance between natural acidity and grape sugar. With an alcohol content of 8.5%, this medium-bodied wine features a subtle sweetness on the mid-palate and concludes with a clean, crisp finish.
