Sweet corn, also called sugar corn and pole corn, is a cereal grain with a high sugar content. In contrast to other varieties of maize which are used primarily as a staple food; these kernels are sweet and low in starchiness. Sweet corn tastes sweet with a soft flavor that pairs extremely well with butter and salt.

- Grill until lightly charred and rub with fresh butter and top with flaky sea salt.
- Cut the kernels off the cob and sauté with some fresh butter.
