All the grapes are harvested from the end of August until the middle of October, when the grapes ares slightly overripe and, after vinification, aged for six months in oak barrels. Fragrance-wise, it’s spicy and sweet, pretty sweet actually. It has a really spicy and sweet aroma, good with sweet cherries, pickled plums, sweet tobacco, chocolate…really luscious and sun-ripened. It is somewhat the same impression with sweet and juicy cherries, good with sweetness and sweet spices, There is cumin along with blackcurrants, cherries and cooked plums.
